Question 1

How much do NafeProxys mobile proxies cost?

Accepted Answer

You can choose $6 for 1 day, $28 for 7 days or $70 for 30 days per dedicated device. On 30-day orders, you pay $65 per device for 5 to 9 devices and $59 per device for 10 to 19. If you need 20 or more devices, you can contact sales for a custom fleet quote.

Question 2

Do I pay per GB?

Accepted Answer

No. You pay for the dedicated device and the billing period you choose. Unlimited bandwidth is included during your active plan, so you do not pay an additional fee based on the number of GB you use.

Question 3

What is included with my paid plan?

Accepted Answer

Your paid plan includes a dedicated physical mobile device, unlimited bandwidth, supported proxy and VPN protocols, sticky sessions, IP rotation controls, dashboard access, API access and technical support.

Question 4

Does my plan renew automatically?

Accepted Answer

No. You can choose whether to renew your proxy from the dashboard. Your current billing period does not automatically commit you to a longer term.

Question 5

How do monthly volume discounts work?

Accepted Answer

When you choose a 30-day plan, your volume discount is applied automatically based on quantity. You pay $70 per device for 1 to 4 devices, $65 for 5 to 9 and $59 for 10 to 19. If you need 20 or more devices, you can request a custom quote.

Question 6

Can I keep the same IP or rotate it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can use sticky sessions when you need continuity, or rotate the mobile IP manually, automatically or through the API. Because your connection uses a mobile network, the carrier can also reassign the public IP independently.

Question 7

Which protocols can I use?

Accepted Answer

You can connect through HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS5, SOCKS5 UDP, OpenVPN UDP and WireGuard. You can also use IPv4 and IPv6 dual-stack connectivity.

Question 8

Can I try the proxy before paying?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you are a new eligible customer, you can request a free 1-hour trial through Telegram. We confirm current location availability before your trial starts so you can test the connection you need.

Question 9

Does a dedicated device give me an exclusive public IPv4 address?

Accepted Answer

No. Your physical mobile device is dedicated to your connection, but the mobile network can use CGNAT, so your public IP is not guaranteed to be exclusive. You still control your proxy session and the IP rotation options available to you.

Question 10

What if I need 20 or more devices?

Accepted Answer

You can contact our sales team for current inventory and a custom fleet quote. We can then plan your deployment around the locations and mobile capacity currently available.
